• Creative Classroom grants for innovative school wide programs that promote learning opportunities in language arts, math, sciences, fine arts, and technology.
  

• Mentoring work experience program that matches students with qualified professionals as mentors.
  

• Recognition of exemplary teaching with Teacher of the Year Awards in each school division.
  

• Opportunities for business and education to exchange information assisting educators in better preparing students to meet the needs of the ever changing workplace.
  

• Development of a Resource Manual with a database of area professionals willing to share their expertise in classroom settings.
