Inclement Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather conditions, the VAE Board of Directors meetings will not meet as scheduled if the Augusta County Schools are cancelled for the day. If cancelled, the VAE Board meeting will be automatically rescheduled for one week later at the same time and place. (If Augusta County Schools are only delayed, VAE will meet as scheduled.)

This policy also applies to the Executive Committee meetings.
